** NOTICE **
As of April 9, 2019 new proposal submissions will not be
accepted in EIPRS and should instead be completed in the Vandals
Electronic Research Administration System (VERAS). Proposals
which are already started in EIPRS and with due dates prior to
4/19/19 may still be submitted using EIPRS except those
requiring submission through Grants.gov (4/12/19 deadline). All
other proposals should be moved to VERAS. Limited exceptions
will be granted to this policy. Note that previously submitted
proposals and reports will still be available for viewing in
EIPRS for the foreseeable future.
